Our commitment to artisan quality
Our story · Our shops · Discover us · Our specialities
Since 1979, Noisettines du Médoc has been committed to artisan production, with careful attention to detail and respect for our original recipe. Our commitment to quality begins with our ingredients and extends to our handwork, our customer service and the care we give to every order.

A family business that listens
Noisettines du Médoc is a team of five skilled people working across production, sales and administration. Listening to our customers is central to our work and helps us provide attentive, personal service.
For orders or enquiries, contact us by telephone on +33 5 56 09 03 09 or through our website contact form. Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6:30 pm, French local time.
You can also email us at noisettines@gmail.com.
We aim to respond promptly to every enquiry.

Craftsmanship, skill and originality
All our products are made using traditional artisan methods, with carefully selected, premium “Extra” grade hazelnuts. These ingredients are the foundation of our specialities, giving them their distinctive flavour and character.
For almost 50 years, we have preserved our original recipe and continued to work with copper pans, making small batches of around 2 kg to bring out the flavours.
All our products are sorted, weighed and packed by hand with the utmost care.

Personalised gifts and orders
Our varied selection of gourmet gift hampers reflects the craftsmanship and character of our family workshop.
We can personalise orders for gifts to family, friends, colleagues or clients, especially during the festive season, as well as for Valentine’s Day, Easter, christenings and weddings.
Contact us to discuss your ideas and create something a little different.

Prompt service and careful packing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. We process orders promptly and dispatch them using tracked Colissimo delivery, paying particular attention to protective packaging:
Multiple layers of cardboard
Bubble wrap and cushioning to protect against knocks
Kraft paper to protect against scratches and dust

Craftsmanship recognised over the years
In 2002, Noisettines du Médoc received a Coq d’Or award from the Guide des Gourmands for its crème de Noisettines hazelnut spread. This guide celebrates talented artisan producers in France and across Europe, whose products range from traditional specialities to inventive creations.
In 2016, our speciality, the Noisettine, was included as an entry in the Petit Larousse French dictionary.
“Entering the Petit Larousse is like being admitted to the Academy.”
“The editors of the Petit Larousse record new words, expressions and meanings whose use is established, regional variations that reflect a distinctive history and culture, and words from the French-speaking world.”
Translated from the preface to the Petit Larousse.
Our work has also attracted coverage from both professional and independent food writers.
Our creations are also recognised by Artisans Gourmands d’Aquitaine and the Aquitaine region for:
Their historical roots in the region
Their authenticity, originality and distinctive local character
Other qualities include the welcome offered to customers, the setting in which they are received and the care taken with the finished products.
We also value the recognition of our professional partners, retailers, restaurateurs and hoteliers, and the recommendations shared by our customers.
The same commitment to craftsmanship goes into every bag, gift box and hamper prepared in our workshop. Whether you are choosing a gift, discovering a regional speciality or returning to a favourite treat, we give every order the same care.
